Other than attending our glittering awards ceremony, this city offers a wide range of ways to spend your free time.

In keeping with the motoring theme, you could pay a visit to the The National Motorcycle Museum, where you can see up to 1000 classic British-made bikes. There's also Grand Prix Karting - which of your team would win?

If you fancy some culture, you could see the city’s treasures at Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery, or see the UK's biggest shows at Utilita Arena Birmingham or the National Exhibition Centre. Activities in and around Birmingham also include the Ikon Gallery, The Alexandra theatre, and The Birmingham Botanical Gardens.

You could also take the opportunity to indulge in some retail therapy while you're in town for the awards. Visit The Jewellery Quarter, where an estimated 40% of British jewellery is made.

For those of you who aren't the biggest jewellery fans, don't worry - Birmingham is home to the famous Bullring & Grand Central, it's very own Selfridges, and historic markets in Digbeth. Conveniently located just 30 minutes from Birmingham is McArthurGlen designer outlet, where you can snap up luxury goods at up to a 60% saving!
